Jim Stephenson

• Jim Stephenson has been involved in the design, construction and outfitting of aquatic and leisure products for the past 25 years.  He spent years as a Senior Design and Product Consultant with NBGS International, a sister company to the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Family.

Mike Jaroszewski

• For more than 30 years, Michael Jaroszewski has been involved in the development and operations of themed entertainment projects around the world.  Mike is an industry veteran who is qualified to provide expertise in all stages of projects from conceptual design phase, through construction, equipment procurement, and operations startup.  He has worked with many top theme park companies including Six Flags, Universal Studios, Hunt Midwest and NBGS International.

Mark Sohn

• Mark Sohn has been designing water park and family entertainment facilities for over 16 years.  In addition to the Schlitterbahn water parks, he has conceptualized and produced engineer drawings for facilities around the world while working at NBGS International.

Cleveland Smith

• Cleveland Smith is a forty-two year theme park veteran with particular expertise project management, coordination, general management, revenue/bottom-line management, and enhancement of existing operational potential.  He has proven management and leadership skills in building and expanding company operations through creative and strategic planning and development.   He also has extensive experience with Wet n Wild Water Parks and Six Flags Theme Parks.
